  • Getting started is simple. Reach out through our contact form or schedule a call—we’ll walk you through the next steps and answer any questions along the way.

  • In the first session, we’ll likely spend a lot of time talking about why you decided to come to therapy. You can expect the therapist to ask why you came to see them, why now, and what you’re hoping to get out of therapy. You and the therapist will spend the first few sessions getting to know each other, and start setting or working towards goals you want to achieve.

  • Our self-pay fee for individual therapy (Initial assessment) is $150

  • We suggest contacting your insurance company first to confirm your copay or deductible amount. Once we submit your claims and it is processed, we will receive an official breakdown of what you owe. You will also receive a statement via email with the breakdown.

  • Clients are matched based on their need, preferences and availability. We encourage clients to attend at least 3-4 sessions to establish rapport. If it does not feel like a good fit, you can contact the office, and we will help you find a better match within our team.

  • Missed appointments, no‑shows, and cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session are subject to a $100 fee. We value the time we set aside for each patient and strive to honor our schedule, and we kindly ask that our patients do the same. If something unexpected comes up, please let us know as soon as possible so we can support you and offer the time to someone else who may be on the waitlist.
